The investment made into our Group Fitness clients goes well beyond our training facility. Each client is able to take away tools and strategies to assist them in being extremely successful in both their personal and professional lives. In addition to increasing strength and flexibility, clients will be adopted into a community that empowers progress over perfection and highlights a high sense of accountability and self-awareness.
Each 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is tailored to incorporate a combination of timed Tabata drills, strength training, mobility exercises and cardio. Please bring comfortable athletic shoes, water and a positive attitude!
