The investment made into our Personal Training clients goes well beyond our training facility. Each client is able to take away tools and strategies to assist them in being extremely successful in both their personal and professional lives. In addition to increasing strength and flexibility, clients will be adopted into a community that empowers progress over perfection and highlights a high sense of accountability and self-awareness.
Personal training sessions are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 5 AM - 9 AM. Each session lasts exactly one hour.
Personal Training Sessions are $595 per person per month.
No, sessions range in size up to five people. However, each individual receives one on one instruction and spends the hour focusing on exercises specific to their personal needs and goals.
We currently have limited space in our morning Personal Training Sessions. If you are interested in joining on a monthly basis to improve your physical, mental, and emotional health please send us an email to schedule a consultation and see if we would be a good fit to work together.
